How It All Started

lI grew up in Greensboro, Georgia, where being around the water was just a part of everyday life. After moving to Statesboro for college, I started figuring out what I really wanted to do with my time and skills. That’s when I got into building seawalls, and it didn’t take long before it became more than just work—it became something I genuinely enjoyed. There’s something rewarding about protecting shorelines, creating structures that last, and seeing the direct impact of your effort on the environment and people’s property. What started as an opportunity turned into a passion, and over time, working on seawalls became not just what I do, but something I take pride in.
